Free camping

Free camping is only on National Forest land not CVI(Canaan Valley Institute) land. Just a clarification.

    what about the sweet numbered car camping spots along the blackwater on camp70 rd?

    (pay camping with facilities @blackwater falls state park and rest rite campground right next to town)
